Simplest method to fill a helium ballon with just a PEN

Here is the most simplest method to fill up a helium balloon by using  just a pen. All you need is just a pen then rape it by a tape..inserting  in the blow hole...Fill up the balloon by blowing air into it and it would inflate ⇓
